I recently traveled to Chateau Lake Louise for a family wedding. While a beautiful location for a wedding it isn’t quite student budget friendly. A smoothie at one of the hotel restaurants would have costed me $17. I wanted to be able to eat healthy without breaking the bank.
We prepared by grocery shopping in bigger grocery stores before we got to the hotel. Continue reading
The February Oatbox was my favourite combination of granola blends I have tried so far from Oatbox. It featured the following two blends; Oat Crunch and Cherry Granola and Raspberry, Wild Blueberry & White Chocolate Granola.
OatBox sends out two 380g bags of granola in their two monthly featured flavours each month. It costs $20 a month, including taxes and shipping. You can preview the flavours and ingredients and have the option to swap out a bag with one of their regular granola blends. They also offer certified gluten-free granola blends. Oatbox provides flexibility by allowing you to skip boxes if you don’t need more granola. In your first box you get a cute little glass container to take your granola on the go with you! Check out my December review to see what you receive in your first month! Take note that you will receive the monthly featured flavours not the December flavours I received.

She found very few updated resources for travelling Europe as a celiac and I was inspired to write about our experiences. This post will be focusing on travelling in France, check out this post on traveling Spain gluten free! Continue reading
